Note to Students

Success Matric Higher Secondary School

  • Pupils are advised not to bring any valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of pupils' belongings.
  • Pupils are responsible for their own books, fountain pens, tiffin carriers, gold ornaments, or any other articles. While every effort will be made by the school to avoid the loss of such articles, the ultimate responsibility rests with the children.
  • Every student should bring the Handbook to school daily.
  • Students are instructed to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in their person, dress, books, and all their belongings.
  • All students should converse only in English on the school premises to acquire greater skill in the use of the language.
  • In the classroom, a place is allotted to each student by the Class Teacher, and no student may change it without permission. Likewise, no one may move from place to place or go out of the classroom without permission.
  • Boys should come to school with their hair properly cut. Students with long hair will not be allowed to attend class. Coloring of hair is not permitted.
  • Pupils who bring lunch to school should bring napkins/hand towels/table mats and should use them to avoid making the classroom dirty.
  • Students should keep the school premises clean by not throwing away any articles or dust.
  • Good table manners should be followed during lunchtime, avoiding spilling and wasting.
  • Although the school takes all care to supply clean drinking water, it is advisable for pupils to carry clean drinking water in bottles from home for self-use.
  • Students are prohibited from eating or chewing any eatables during school hours.
  • Any student found to have taken other students' belongings will face automatic suspension.
  • Physical violence with other classmates/schoolmates inside or outside the campus is strictly prohibited.
