Parents are requested to give due importance to their ward's Handbook, as it conveys the academic and general activities of their ward and the school.
It is advisable for parents to go through their ward's Handbook daily.
While keeping track of the Handbook, parents are expected to pay attention to the following activities of their respective wards: Absence Entry
, Homework Entry
, Attendance
, Examination Time Table, Portions allotted for various Examinations.
Parents are asked to acknowledge all the entries made wherever requested, and it is their responsibility to ensure that their ward completes the homework/assignments daily.
Close observation of their ward's Handbook will help in the early detection of any deviation on the part of the student, enabling the parent to discuss the matter with the Class Teacher/Subject Teacher/Supervisory Head/Principal.
Parents are requested to fill in the details called for in the Bio-Data Sheets (Triplicate) in the Handbook. Duplicate and Triplicate copies will be taken for school records, and the first copy will be retained in the Handbook.
The Handbook must be brought to school daily by your ward and should be maintained neat and tidy. Tearing of pages or scribbling unwanted details in the Handbook is strictly prohibited.
Parents should not communicate through the Handbook. Any communication should be written separately in letter form and addressed to the Principal only.
