Parents/guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline and inculcating diligence, initiative, upright behavior, and courtesy in their children.
Parents who seek information regarding their child's progress should contact the class teacher.
Parents or guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet the teacher during school hours without the permission of the correspondent/principal.
Parents are requested to sign the monthly report, late attendance record, absence record, and the notes to parents which are sent by the teachers through the Handbook.
Parents are advised not to encourage leave or absence of their wards/children to attend weddings (other than blood relatives) and other routine social or religious functions at home. If leave is essentially required, parents shall meet the Principal a day before to get their ward's leave sanctioned.
Parents are asked to ensure that their wards/children are equipped with the correct uniform requirements, stationeries, and accessories required for classroom activities.
Parents should ensure that their wards/children rejoin the school on scheduled reopening dates after long holidays.
A record of the address of the parents/guardians is maintained in the school office. Any change of address should be communicated without delay.
Parents are expected to meet the Correspondent/Principal only during working hours and particularly during the specified days and timings for interviews.
